Defective or Damaged Items (Exchange Only): If your item arrives defective, please contact us below within 7 days of receipt with your order information.

We understand that you're excited to receive your new slipcovers or box sets in perfect condition. However, due to the nature of the manufacturing and shipping process, minor imperfections such as:

  • Slightly dinged corners
  • Light creases
  • Scuffs
  • Worn edges

...may occasionally occur. These are considered normal and are not eligible for replacements.

We will, of course, replace any items that arrive with severe damage caused during shipping.

If your order has shipped, you can track it using the provided tracking number at https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input#. Once shipped, delivery speed is handled by the postal service. For updates, contact your local post office with your tracking number.

If you have further questions or concerns about your order, please don't hesitate to contact us!

Occasionally, the post office may prematurely mark a package as "delivered" during pre-scanning. This doesn't always mean your package has arrived. In some cases, it might be delivered within the next 24-48 hours.

Similarly, tracking updates can sometimes be inaccurate due to misscans. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please allow a little extra time and check with your neighbors or local post office.

We do our best to answer all emails within 24-72 business hours. However, response times may be longer during peak periods like new release shipments.

To help us respond to your inquiry efficiently, please:

Avoid sending multiple emails: Give us time to address your first email. Each additional email puts you back at the end of the line, as our system marks you as a newer contact.

Stick to one communication channel: Contacting us through multiple channels (email, social media, etc.) can slow down our response time dramatically.

Respect our employees' privacy: Please do not contact our employees on their personal social media accounts.

We understand that plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. Here's what you need to know:

Cancellation Fee: To cover processing fees, a 6% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund for orders canceled before shipment.

Shipped Orders: Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they have shipped.

To request a cancellation, please contact us using the form below.

We'll process your request as quickly as possible.

No worries! Here's what to check:

Email Accuracy: Double-check that you entered the correct email address during checkout. This is usually the culprit - we get it -- our phone screens are getting smaller and our thumbs just don't work perfectly on such a small screen!

All Folders: Search all your email folders, including spam, junk, and promotions.

Contact List: Add orders@severin-films.com to your email contact list to ensure future confirmations and notifications reach your inbox.

Look for our charges (PayPal Charge or Credit Card): If you were charged through PayPal or if you see our name on your credit card as a pending charge, your order went through successfully.

Important Note About Your Billing and Shipping Address
